Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Clair received her master's degree in art therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, became a Licensed Professional Counselor, and provided services for Chicago Public Schools students and adults with chronic mental illness before starting her career as a grant writer.

Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Davis holds both his Bachelors (B.S.W.) and Masters (M.Min) from Olivet Nazarene University. He is a proud Blue Demon of his alma mater, DePaul University, where he received his Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership. Dr. Davis dedication to lifelong learning and serving is unmatched.

Andrea Gatewood serves as the Manager of Community Engagement for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority. Gatewood holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in Urban Regional Planning from Jackson State University. As the Manager of Community Engagement for ICJIA programs, she works with both external and internal partners to develop and implement strategic and comprehensive outreach strategies. She has worked to revitalize communities through building partnerships, relentless engagement, and a keen focus on advocacy.

Brandon’s accomplishments include building diverse teams, forging strategic partnerships in recruitment and operations, and consulting with senior management. Proficient in various HR facets, he handles talent acquisition, retention, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and marketing strategies. With a keen eye on budgets and business development, they've contributed to the growth of new acquisitions. Shyam Limachia
i2i Capacity Building Coach
Shyam Limachia received a Bachelors of Science from DePaul University, and was a McNair Scholar. He has presented research at Physics, Psychology, and Neurology conferences. Shyam also has worked at the National Institutes of Health as a clinical research fellow. He worked with patients conducting clinical research trials. His work primarily dealt with movement disorder patients including Parkinson's disease, Ataxia, Dystonia, and Functional movement disorders. Shyam published the clinical research findings in the American Academy of Neurology Journal during his fellowship. Shyam also has a background to increase brand awareness through marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and podcasts.

Courtney Wade has been in the field of social services and behavioral support and analysis for over 20 years. Specializing in work with individuals deemed developmentally delayed and with mental illness, and most recently, accounting and procurement, she has assisted with providing appropriate housing, jobs, and many other resources to many individuals within the served communities.
